For a long time I have passion for movement, combined with the interest in spirituality, nutrition and discovering planet earth.
A few years back I got looped in the world of yoga which not only gave me a piece back of myself, it also opened up a completely new world I didn’t know exists.

I am a health coach for mums and I just launched my first online course 🙌🎉.
I could have never done it alone (as I was still working in my old job), so I asked here in the CLD community for help, and found Nikki Brown and Sara Baptista, with whom I worked very hard to create that course!
Nikki is a certified translator and translated all the course material into German and Spanish. She made the video subtitles and helped me set up the course platform and the landing page. Sara is a graphic designer and made all the beautiful-looking bonus materials, the launch material and helped me with the website design. Both worked with so much dedication and passion in the evenings and weekends, besides to their own jobs. I am so grateful to have met them - this launch would have never happened without this great team effort! 🥰🙏🏻
